Project Overview

The project was awarded in October 2022, with manufacturing and testing completed by May 2023. After storage on-site, installation and commissioning took place in early 2025, marking a milestone in advanced refinery wastewater treatment.

Key System Features

  • ATEX-rated motors from WEG for improved efficiency and safety

  • Integrated pressure transmitters and valve actuators for precise control

  • 304 stainless steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance

  • Control system integration with the refinery’s Distributed Control System (DCS)

  • ASME and API 650-compliant pressure vessels and piping for optimal performance
